Vitamin d deficiency
Hi docs, last year from nov I suffered from vitamin d deficiency less than 3, after 1 year of regular treament the value has crossed 35 but I still have calf muscles pain, feeling of weakness in knee, mri back venoues droppler all normal. Just need to know how long does it take to get normal life ??? Its been 1 year, but I still have not recovered well, its not that It has limited my life do all day 2 day activity but when will I get back my life after 3 ortho now going with homoepathy is it worthy ?

Pls check your vitamin b12 levels and take antioxidants like green tea or vitamin e supplements

Hello there.  I can understand your concern.  It will definitely take some time. Homeopathy doesn't work at all, so if you just want to waste money and time, sure, go ahead. If not, then you can take a tab. Health ok once a day after food for a month.  Tab. Shelcal HD once a day after food for a month.  Tab. D3 must 60k once a week for 24 weeks. Hello....... A level of 20 nanograms/milliliter to 50 ng/mLisis considered normal... Vitamin do deficiency is commonly seen in these days.. Nothing to worry you take vitamin do tablet for few months it will bounce back to normal .. Dietary deficiency could be the cause .... Have fruits and vegetables . Expose to sunlight ...
