Hi I was advised by doctor to take vitamin d 60k every week for 8 Weeks and then monthly once. I skipped taking monthly once. Now if I want to start course Shakib e should I again take it weekly or monthly.

Since how long have you not taken it? Taking it once a month will not do any harm but will only help you if you don't want to take the test at present

Monthly once is fine, u can take it...checking vit d level again is not cost effective... Have sunbath whenever possible
