I am experiencing tired Ness so I did blood test and found that vitamin D and B12 is very low and thyroidTSH is 10, vitamin D is 6.7 ng/ml, vitamin B12 is 135 pg/ml please suggest how can I recover from this deficiency.

Please take early morning sun bath, near about 1 hr.
Take rich vitamins fruits like papaya etc.
Walk 45 minutes daily at morning.
Please do some yoga and deep breathing exercises for controlling over your thyroid.
