Vitamin D and Vitamin B12 Deficiency
Hi Doctors, In 2024 September 9th after my poor diet in hostel.  my vitamin D level is 7.76 and B12 is 102. after I consulted doctor I used Bestocal tablet and Nervmax active with tonics and  injections used 1 month there is no change. after i followed with Dexorange and Calcitas -D3 weekly tablets and there is also no change (some times iam active and some times too lazy and some days active) its almost 5 months and feeling anxiety, fear, full of negative thoughts, thingling in hands and feet, headache, and some times my eye vision is Blur, iam not focusing on any thing. Even after I eat better food and exposing in sun light there is no change. And happens memory loss and iam sleeping continuously 16 hours. and my day will too lazy and iam started gym. And still no improvement. I Attached privious medicines I hope is there any solution Thanking you.

Healthy afternoon, For vitamin D : Take daily sunbath 10-15 minutes daily before 10 :00 am Add in diet semi cooked egg with yolk , mushrooms, non veg , oily fish like salmon, sardines, mackerel, red meat and breakfast cereals like cornflakes and muesli For vitamin B12 : Add in diet lean meat, organic meat , eggs, fish , shellfish, pulses, sprouts, nuts and seeds , fermented foods idli, dosa , curd , buttermilk. Avoid : Alcohol and caffeine
