Vitamin D and EsR rate
My ESR rate is 31 and vitamin D(OH 25) is 15 and Haemoglobin count is 9.9 please suggest me next step this is my routine health check up results

Wit ur levels... VIT D tablets can b started .. As for Haemoglobin is low.. U can do a iron profile juz to check if it's iron deficiency and v can also start medication for same.. Kindly consult wit reports and further managemnt

.You have vitamin d deficiency ,can take calcirol 60000 iu sachets once a week for at least 12 weeks.Exposure to the sunlight in the morning ,milk and other dairy products eggs are good resources of vitamin d.
