Vitamin D & B12 deficiency
Hi All, I'm facing very low deficiency of both vitamin D & B12 .I got server back pain and down to knee my both the legs feels like it's becaming hard and feeling like pins and needles. If I bend back and coming back to normal. I feel light dizziness. If feel while walking my balance is missing. Please suggest how can get cure soon.
