Vitamin D 400 or 800 IU
Hello Doctor,
My baby is 20 days old. From birth as per pediatrician suggested giving calcium D3 800 lU drops 0.5ml in the afternoon.
But someone suggested to give only 400 lU upto 1 year.
What to give 400 or 800 IU?
Please suggest. Thank you.

Hello, need to give only 400IU per day…. 800IU 0.5ml or 400IU 1ml both are same.

You can give 800iu 0.5 ml or 400 iu 1 ml once a day

Sir in 800 IU , you’re giving only 0.5 ml…so it is 400 IU only..don’t worry..
