Vitamin cocktail overdose?
Hi i have been taking vitamins and stuff for anxiety for the past 1 week i take niacin vitamin b3 3000mg a day 6000mg vitamin C 1 NAC pill 600mg, and 18 grams inositol powder along with 1000iu of vitamin d3 and 2 B complex tablets I also took valium today. the reason i'm writing this is because I just woke up at 3:30am in a panic mode and vomited in the bathroom.
