Hello I'm 27yrs old woman In my health report my RBC 44% And my hb 14 Then my vitamin b12 1006 It's slightly elevated so what are the foods I'm supposed to avoid and what should i eat kindly clarify

Healthy afternoon, High level of vitamin B12 is not a common issue since excess vitamin B-12 is usually excreted through urine. Take adequate water intake. Here are some general suggestions: reduce consumption of foods rich in vitamin B-12 , such as meat, eggs, dairy products and fermented products like idli, dosa.
