I recently had comprehensive health check-up done. Found that I'm deficient in Vitamin B12(144 against a normal minimum of 180) and Vitamin D(23.34 against a normal minimum of 30). Could I get a suggestion for medicine to treat the deficiencies? Thanks in advance!
