My vitamin d and b12 is very low so doctor suggest me to take lumia 60k for 12 weeks. And i am taking it now. But i am confused about vitamin b12. She prescribed Nuroday pfs injection once alternate days for 5 days. Followed by cap remylin ax 1 cap daily after food one month.
I am very confused on it. Should i take total 5 injection or 3 injection for 5 days?? Please reply me.. I am very confused.

First of all..what are ur exact levels of vitamin B12 and vitamin-D3.. if ur vitamin -B12 levels are below 250, 200 range..i suggest you to take those injections..1 injection every alternate day for 5 days.. that means total 5 injections over a period of 9 days..not 3inj, after that 1 capsule a day for 1 month. And for ur vitamin-D3 levels take that tablet Lumia 60k for 12 weeks.
