Vitamin B and D down also Ed
My vitamin B and D levels are low, and I'm feeling dizzy and weak. I'm also experiencing erectile dysfunction as a result. I'm lacking sensation in my body and have no excitement. Please help.

Take vitamin B and vit D supplements. For vit B12  Nurokind forte OD for 1 month. For Vit D Uprise D3 60k once a week for 3mth Daily sun exposure for 30 minutes. Fresh fruits and vegetables daily. Go for Blood sugar test both fasting and PP. Avoid stress.

Feeling dizzy and weakness is because of low level of vitamin D. And lacking sensation in body is due to lack of vitamin b12. And erectile dysfunction is due to vit d.

start tablet calcium plus vit d3 daily one tablet. and tab neurobion forte twice a day for one month. cholecalciferol sachet in milk weekly for 2 months.
