VitaMin A in water soluble
Today I bought Aquasol VitaMin A capsules I read on label that each capsule contain  7.5g vitaMin A In water form And the Pharmacist over there suggested me to take 2 capsules in a week. Can I take 7.5g vitaMin A in water form ?

it depends on your body's current vitamin A level. go through the lab test 1st and than ask to the physician about the dosages. dont take by pharmacist's advice

Greens,milk milk products yellow orange fruits as papaya,carrot,apples,oranges,capsicum brinjal,drumstick,drumstick leaves,pumpkin,meri palak raisins unpolished redrice are rich foods for vit A .soplease consume these regularly and get natural vit A .do not take supplements !

Vitamin A supplement overdose can be harmful for your liver, so please take natural vitamin A rich food sources which are available in plenty. However, if you do have a confirmed deficiency or have been prescribed this for skin issues (confirmed by a doctor ) , then follow the prescription. Vitamin A is a fat soluble vitamin- which means that it is more easily absorbed by your body along with fats from your diet . It is safer to take eggs, nuts, green vegetables, carrots, to improve your vitamin status.
