Vitamin A deficiency
I had Bariatric Surgery 3 years ago - Getting Corneal ulcers at repeated intervals - Suspected Vitamin-A deficiency - Contacted opthomologist - Taking Aquasol A and few kinds of drops to bring it down to normal- I prefer to have Vitamin A Profiling, please suggest a Lab and Dietitian/Nutritionist to consult

Hi thanks for your query. U need max greens like spinach, all vegetables mainly green colour, beet root,carrots.avocados. low under ground but more leafy,gourd family's vegetables. fruts mainly papaya,apple,pears,some more rich in antioxidants,. avoid ultta violet Ray in summer.consultant any Dietitian physical.
