Vitaman d3 deficiency
I have been having a sinus issue with prolonged weakness. I am a healthy male who exercises , eats well and does not smoke. Yet since 3 months i have been having terrible weakness with other issues like sinus etc which is under treatment. I finally got my d3 test done and its reading is 27.9. My calcium is normal at 9.3.
Please advise on what i can do to cure this.
