I've deficiency of vitamin D3 vitamin B12 and Ferritin suggest some medicine to reduce these deficiency

For vitamin D3 deficiency take Tablet Tayo 60k IU once in a week for 8 weeks and then once in a month for 11 months. Take Vitcofol injection alternate days for 5 days. Eat foods rich in B12 .
