Vit d deficiency
Hello doctors. I just got my vit D checked and it's really low. It's 9 and I'm really worried about it. Please help, how can I fix this and increase my vit d levels

You have a deficiency of vitamin d .you don't need to be concerned about the level.Use 60000 iu of vitamin d like d rise sachet once a week for at least 15 weeks along with calcium supplement 500 mg daily. Exposure to sunlight for 20-30 minutes in the morning, dairy products ,eggs ,Orange juice and codliver oil capsules are a very rich source of vitamin d .
