Vit b12 dosage
I'm taking vit d supplement called TRICIUM PLUS. I'm having vit deficiency hence he prescribed this. I have sharp knife like pain around my knee so he prescribed DUBINOR. However both tablets contain methylcobalamin 1500mcg. So is it ok to take 3000mcg of methylcobalamin daily??? Is the dosage too much?? Is it harmful to take 3000mcg of Vit B12???
