Hello, Adult ADHD is diagnosed when retrospectively you had such symptoms in childhood. Anxiety symptoms can be co morbid with ADHD. There are good medication and psychological intervention available to deal. On individual basis treatment is decided. Psychiatrist will help you with medication part and psychologist with counselling part. You might need a team effort rather individual approach.

Hi you should consult any clinical psychologist rather than a psychiatrist. And you must increase your physical workout and reduce the sugar, oil and maida products.
