Visible pulse on both sides of a neck
I have visible pulse in my both side of a neck from the last 3 weeks.is this is the symptoms of 1st satge of hiv (acute hiv) ?

I think what u are taklking abt is ijv(internal jugualr vein).if you are too thin or too fair ,thay are visible.Also if jvp is raised it is also a sign of heart failure.

Most unlikely. It affects lymph nodes.
HIV most often affects lymph nodes around the neck as well as in the armpits and groin. Swollen lymph nodes may occur within a few days of HIV contraction.
