Visible spider veins on right leg
I have pain in right leg calf muscle after I walk and play volleyball.. I do all the walk and play in evening and this pain persists to the next morning. Next morning the pain is mild and adjustable. I have pain in both heels too. There is a visible blue colour veins on my right leg calf muscle. They seems twisted. I searched on Google. It might be serious for lungs too I discovered. Can you tell me what is this and which department doctor should I consult? I am attaching the pictures of it.

Based on your symptoms and the pictures you shared, it doesn’t appear to be anything serious or alarming right now. The visible blue vein on your right calf seems like a normal superficial vein rather than a varicose vein, which would typically appear bulging, twisted, or raised. Since the calf muscle pain and heel discomfort mostly occur after walking or playing volleyball and ease by morning, it’s more likely related to muscle overuse, tightness, or possibly issues like plantar fasciitis rather than anything vascular. However, to rule out any underlying causes and get proper guidance, it’s a good idea to consult an orthopedic doctor. They can assess for muscle strain, tendon stress, or foot alignment issues.
