Visceral fat
I'm worried of the amount of visceral fat I have in my midsection (I have a family history of diabetes) and the health risks it poses. At the same time, I wanna make sure it's not some other problem like bloating. How can I differentiate? And which specialist should I consult -- gastro or IM?
