Virtigo, ocd, anxiety & memory problem
Hello doctor Goutam here, I m 30 years old, I have some anxiety,mania,virtigo problem from childhood,almost 5years ago a neurologist suggest me some blood check up and MRI brain,Blood report all are ok BP also ok 115/75 but in MRI there is some small spot in left besal ganglia,  so he suggested me clopitab75 for three month, betacap tr 40 and zaptra 12.5, on that time my anxiety and depression level was too high. After three month he stopd clopitab75 But for depression he said continue beptacap and zaptra, after one year of treatment I felt good, depression anxiety gose down, but there was some problem aslo like concentration, memory problems, fickle mind some time palpitations from last 5year I m taking those medicine, now I take zaptra in alternative days from last 2 month and from last 6month betacap tr reduce 40 to 20,are those medicines very hurmfull for brain and heart? now it's tension for me and I am again in depression, so how can I get rid off those medicine??Thank you doctor

I sense mostly anxiety symptoms in you, dont know what exactly you mean when you say mania, since most psychiatry treatments involve both counseling and medication and you have already tried some meds with a neurologist,  I suggest you to sit with a psychiatrist,  who will be able understand your symptoms in depth and  then guide the best solution forward

Whatever symptoms you are having are mostly happen due to unresolved past traumatic experiences where they hamper your life subconsciously. I would suggest you to take therapy to learn about them & manage them in a better way.
