OCD PROBLEM
Hi, I am having OCD. doctor has prescribed uvox cr 150, ristab ls,clonotril 0.5 mg and toxifite and sameral 400 tab for liver. Now I am getting obsessed with toxifite and sameral tab. Sometimes I take this two with the other tabs together back to back and sometimes I take this two after 30 mins of taking the other three . Whole day I am just thinking about this two tabs toxifite and sameral 400. So, I want to stop taking this two and take only uvox, ristab and clonotril. Will taking only this 3 cause any side effect on my liver?

First of all you must repeat your LFT test, and with previous and recent reports, plan a consultation with your psychiatrist May be medications for liver dysfunction not needed now, can be tapered to single or low dose Remaining medications must be continued and on the basis of OC symptoms, dose may be optimised

The medications are usually prescribed for liver health. If you have concerns about taking those two, pls consult with your treating doctor. If there is persistent obsessional thinking, therapy will be a helpful add-on.
