Viral thrombocytopenia
I had viral fever 2 week before along with joint pain.after that my investigations  showed plt count 79000 crp 28.9 lymphocytopebia rbc in urine 14/hpf epithelial cell -3 igG pos igM neg ns1 neg.now i am having no fever but lot of joint pain that it is literally hindering my day to day activities.pain during evenings mainly gets exaggerated.please teĺl what to do

I see from your test report that you had IgG positive for dengue fever. In some patients the joint pain continues for several months ever upto 6 months or longer.
