Viral conjunctivitis
Hi I am suffering from viral conjunctivitis from 4 days. My doctor said it has some amount of bacterial traces as well. He suggested chloramphenicol, polymyxin b sulphate dexamethasone sodium phosphate eye ointment with eye drops and tablets. Is the ointment fine to use?

Use the topical drops as prescribed.ointment at night time.but review the consultant again in 4 days to see the intraocular pressure . Assuming the pressures were checked and were normal on the first day.
