Hello.. Well you neevto start having more of proteinaceous food like dals,beans,dry fruits,soya, egg white etc so that you can build your muscle mass...you can even join gym for helping you out in this...you need to consult a nutritionist and add up the items in your diet so that you can gain that extra weight..thank you
