Very little Spotting- 7 week pregnant
I have completed my 7th week of pregnancy today and I am pregnant with twins.. I had a single spot last night and a single spot today morning while urinating. I did my ultrasound and both the babies are ok and have proper heartbeat. I just wanted to know that is this minor spotting normal or not normal? Also I have slight cramping in lower abdomen Kindly help

Any kind of spotting is not normal in pregnancy It could be a sign of threatend abortion Good rest and good progesterone support may help u since the ultrasound is fine
