Very high fever - URGENT
My husband is having a fever of 102.5 even after taking paracetamol. He is also having a little bit of sore throat. We will be taking COVID test tomorrow but what can be done at present to bring the fever down?

You can do 1) wet sponging to bring down the fever 2) paracetamol infusion 3) use naproxen or mefenemic acid .
