My sister is experiencing vertigo along with feeling of vomitting. She had vomitted once since afternoon. She is experiencing pain on the backside of neck and head. Please suggest what should be done in this condition.

For vertigo...with pain at the back side of neck and head... We need to rule out any head injury or if she fell anywhere ?? We can do one x ray of neck region to see for vertebral lesions .
