Vertigo treatment
Feeling vertigo past 3 weeks, doctor suggested spinfree for 1 week and elliwell for 3 weeks, and uprise vitamin d3. Now My vitamin d3 level is 24 is it ok, still I m feeling some dizzy how long can I continue vitamin d3 capsule and( tablet duration). Otherwise I took all test everything is normal. please suggest some tips

Vertigo is a generalised symptom due to many diseases related to ear, eyes, head and neck. So differentiate between the part responsible for the symptom, by proper history and clinical examination. Sometimes it can be physiological also
