Vertigo for 7 days
I feel like swaying for 7days.. its constant. I dont fall but and dont have balance problem...I feel like i am on a moving train.. why that occurs?

Vertigo is a sensation of spinning surrounding, usually associated with vomiting sweating Your description of symptoms points to light headedness,not vertigo It could be due low BP ,anemia eye strain due to constant computer use
