Hi Sir/ Mam,
I'm 40 years male.
I'm have vertigo and sometimes vomit tendency from last 4days
I'm taking medicine vertin 16.
I have done x-ray cervical spine AP/LAT view.
While walking moving feel vertigo and some time right back head tingle's and also the neck pain sometimes.
Some one told me to get UST physiotherapy.
Please suggest me.

It is either an internal ear problem or cerebellar problem. You should consult a Neurophysician in your area. You may continue with Vertin in the meantime.
Vertigo /dizziness due to cervical spondylosis is not common.
And your X ray report is also normal.
So , likely vertigo may be due vestibular lesion involving inner ear where body balance system is operational.
