Headache since last 2 yrs but severe from june 2021.

Sometimes nause and vomiting tendency
Blurry vision
I was under medication from 8 june named flunarizine its dosage was initially 5mg which was increased to 10mg. Now the medication is stopped.

Headache may not be related to the scan findings.
Arachnoid cyst doesn't require surgery. Consult a Neurosurgeon to clarify your doubts.
