Please try to find out the reason for your bad mood is it due to any obstacle or challenge you are facing in life. Give it a thought what best you can do to overcome this situation. Give try with your positive attitude and with a smile. Chances are you will be able to overcome this with a big smile and this will boost in confidence. Feeling low, having crying spells, sleep and appetite disturbances, and difficulty in concentration and attention are some of the signs of Depression. Consult a Psychiatrist for a detailed assessment. It is likely with medication and counselings the symptoms will improve. If you are feeling suicidal or hopeless consult a Psychiatrist immediately.
