Varicocele grade 3
I have varicocele grade 3 which make left testicle look alot bigger and have dull ache. If I do surgery can testicle become normal shape. I want testicle to be normal shape .

When present for a long duration varicocele can decrease the size of ur testes rather than increase it. What you are noticing is an enlargement of your hemi scrotum rather than the testicle per se.
