I have some warts on the opening of vaginal canal. It's on the inside but not really inside the canal just at the opening , inside the lips .
I've been getting treatment for genital warts since April for the outside ones with chemical treatment by doc and they always came back they are now gone with imiquoid cream at last . but recently discovered the inner ones in August. Doc applied chemical treatment but they came back in 2-3 weeks. What should I do? l've completed 2 doses of gardisal 9.I'm not sexually active . I had only one sexual encounter last year June . I'm applying imiquoid for them to but I've not seen any changes. I've just applied it 4 times . I've gotten checked for STD . It's negative so my warts are caused by HPV . Is there any permanent solution?

From an Ayurvedic perspective, the morphology of the lesion and associated symptoms should be assessed before determining the predominant dosha. In this case, considering the history of HPV and recurrent lesions, an Agantuja component with Pitta involvement may be considered. A detailed history should be taken regarding white discharge, burning, itching, fever and menstrual pattern, along with proper local examination.
Next Steps
Ayurvedic supportive care may include appropriate local hygiene and, when suitable, Triphala Kashaya sitz bath, while keeping the genital area clean and dry. Any external Ayurvedic preparation should be used only after proper assessment and under the guidance of an Ayurveda physician.
Health Tips
Dietary measures such as tender coconut water or other suitable dietary support may be advised according to individual Prakriti and clinical condition, but they should not be presented as a proven treatment for HPV or genital warts. Since the lesions are recurrent and located near the vaginal opening, an in-person Ayurveda consultation is advisable, with gynecological evaluation when required. Do not apply preparations inside the vagina without appropriate examination and medical advice.

Warts can recur even after treatment, but they are manageable; there is no guaranteed one-time permanent cure. Please do not apply imiquimod inside the vagina unless a gynaecologist has prescribed it for that exact siteinternal lesions need proper examination and treatment. HPV vaccination prevents new infections but does not clear current warts; complete the recommended schedule.
