Vaginal itching since last 8 days
Hi I have been having vaginal itching for the last 8 days. My gynae prescribed me femiplex gel. It has lowered the itching but not completely resolved. I am still having itching. Please suggest a good ointment for itching.

Vaginal itching can't be only supressed by applying external ointment! Ayurveda believes  " DIGESTION" is highly responsible for such infections Hence proper treatment of digestive issues along with diet plan is Important! If 20% of infections are due to external causes like public use of toilets...80% is due to inner causes of the body..due to to vitiated kaph- pitta doshas! Diet is very important in such cases Do consult first
Next Steps
take ayurveda vaginal wash with triphala + panchvalkal
Health Tips
stop sour, sweet, salty items...stick to homemade blend food
