Every month in between few days I have vaginal discharge and frequent urination and a little pain below stomach. My period also is less as compared to earlier

Could be urine infection or vaginal infection related
For period you can get evaluated with hormonal tests and sonography

Vaginal discharge happens all the time , depending upon what time of cycle it is.
According to what you experience , a slimy discharge with a little discomfort in abdomen is suggestive of ovulation pain .
