My vaginal area is itching when the weather is very sunny as i sweat a lot ..n skin down there tearsvand burns ..what should i do

If you sweat alot you should increase your water intake and intake of citrus fruits.. Use cotton and clean undergarments.. use loose and cotton clothes .. itching may be due to infections for this connect personally
