UTP and HCG tests were done due to missed periods. Tests result showed a 2-3 weeks pregnancy with a 5401 value. Would like to know the procedure for MTP.

Consult gynecologist in your area. It's a medico legal procedure. It has to be done under strict medical supervision as it has risk of heavy bleeding and many other complications if not done under medical supervision

Please consult with a Gynaecologist in your area. Let him first confirm that it is really a 2-3 weeks pregnancy. By the way no UPT tells you about the duration of pregnancy and HCG levels start from 4 weeks.
