A beta hCG under 0.2, together with two negative home tests, rules out a current pregnancy as the reason for this delay. With your history of irregular cycles, this gap is most likely from an underlying hormonal irregularity rather than anything new. Since you're already on thyroid medication, it's worth checking whether your thyroid levels are properly controlled, as that's a common driver of irregular periods.
Next Steps
Get your current thyroid panel repeated and ask your gynaecologist about a pelvic ultrasound to check your ovaries and lining, since both can explain a delay like this.
Health Tips
See your gynaecologist sooner if you develop pelvic pain, heavy bleeding, or your period doesn't start within the next couple of weeks.
