Abnormal menstrual bleeding started one and half years ago that is in 2022. We were advised to get D&C and blood transfusion done. After one week of blood transfusion there few transfusion reactions like face swelling. Everything became normal and there was no bleeding for 6 months.
In the end of September in 2023 again severe bleeding started and we got admitted to hospital. Doctor advised for blood transfusion since the blood level was low and even for a biospy for clearer reports.
During the beginning of blood transfusion itself patient got fever and severe transfusion reactions like face swelling and breathing problems occurred. So they stopped it. And started treating for those reactions.
At present the blood level is too low around 6 and doctor recommended not going with the uterus removal operation now and gave us medicine to stop bleeding for 2 months. They told us to wait until the blood level increases well and can go with operation at that time.
Can anyone please suggest
