Uterus not contracted post delivery
Its been 5 days to my normal delivery but my bump is not contracted back to pre delivery size.please tell how much time it takes and what to do for it.

Hold both hands together fingers between and press your lower abdomen , same time contract your abdomen deep inside by holding your breath.
Keep doing this until 70 to 80 seconds, then breathe out !
Continue this for one month
After 2 months , do skipping and walking or jogging
Avoid fried food and too much carbs to be avoided

Hello after normal delivery your uterus will contract imediatly otherwise post party Haemrrhagic will ocour. But abdomen remain flabby for 6weeks and after you feed your baby it goes inside.

Hello, it generally takes six weeks to reduce size, normalise and starts functioning again for uterus.
