Uterus adherent to rectus sheath
I recently diagnosed with pcos and anterior wall of uterus to rectus sheath is any major problem it' create in future I m mother of 2 daughters not yet done family planning I m worried plz let me know wt shud I do

It could be difficult surgery in future if u conceive again.... otherwise no worries unless u don't have any problem

Looks like you had two Caesarean operations. This is not a major issue. You can have more children. When you have a third Caesarean this anterior Uterine wall can be separated from the rectus sheath. You should take it as a finding in an ultrasound scan. It is not a major issue.
