Uterine prolapse cystocele adenomyosis
Hi,  am 35 yrs old. I have been diagnosed with adenomyosis recently with endometrial thickness of 15mm , also in pelvic exam , level 1 uterine prolapse and cystocele diagnosed. I have constipation and trouble emptying bladder since 10_15 days and taking urotone and lactulose syrup, finding some relief. For adenomyosis taken depo provera shot 50 days back, consistent lower abdominal pain is not there now but still every now and then lower abdominal pain with stomach ache also there. Gastric pain also there even though am taking Nexpro RD for GERD. My gynecologist suggested only pelvic exercises for prolapse and cystocele... and I feel depo provera not solving my issues, rather my pelvic area became prolapse after taking this injection, what further tests or better treatment should I go for?

The injection given by a doctor is not the reason for the prolapse becoming more prominent Treatment for prolapse would be surgery removal of the uterus and pelvic floor repair you can also try keigels exercises the endometrial thickness is more and warrants a biopsy

Injection will not cause prolapse Best treatment for grade 1 is exercise only. But exercise will give results in 3-4 months if done regularly. You have to be patient.
