I cant awoid using mobile phone diring studying though i have logout all my accounts in social media but still i unlock my phone for no purpose in middle of studies.

Many of the youngsters use mobile for solving problems PR take pics for drawing or notes taking.If you are distracted during study hours ,you need to avoid it. If you feel compulsive despite resisting the impulses then you need a clinical psychologist help .

During study u may give ur mobile to ur parents.U may locked ur bomile in a box and give the key or the whole to parents or any othrr peole.
Change of behaviour is very much needed here.Change ur behaviour from today and see the magic.
