Hi As long as your mobile use is not affecting your social, personal, occupational domains, it is not addiction & you need not worry. just imagine how doctors & many other professionals answer questions to patients especially online, you can't call them mobile addicts, so habit is different from addiction. This is very common & not much serious.
Health Tips
still if you feel your mobile use is affecting your daily routines like work & sleep & making you & others distressed, you better consult a psychologist. thank you.

Hello practo user I can understand your concerns regarding your overall well being .  It seems that you are unable to divide your time productively and not having enough activities to keep yourself occupied . Try and make a schedule in which you have multiple activities throughout the day , limit your phone time and keep it in a different area as much as possible .  Try and go for regular exercises and walks to keep yourself energized . It is advisable that you seek help from a clinical psychologist to understand your concerns and make a treatment plan according to your needs . You can also reach out to me through the practo app for any further help or guidance .
Next Steps
