Hi
I understand ur problem.
1). Reduce ur screen time by listening to music rather than watching mobile screen.
2). Pls avoid using mobile phone while going to bed.
3). Focus on physical exercise in morning.
4). Involve in book reading, gardening etc.
Try developing hobbies and keeping yourself engaged in activities (might help), lifestyle modifications (yoga, exercise, proper sleep habits).
Even if unable to control then need to consult psychiatrists or psychologists.
I can in sometime to much materialistic things mes a distance with real world and ends up in depresyand anxiety , make a fix hours for your. Mobile use and you may repalve with smart phone to non smart phone and last but not least counselling and medicines will help you out
