Wearing contact lenses is safe if you follow the instructions diligently. Contact lenses provide better field of vision,  While the spectacle edges can feel like restriction to the eyes. This is especially so if your power is high. Cooper vision and Johnson and Johnson are some good brands

Sure, contact lenses are safe, but u have to know how to use them by following a few basic rules like: Always handle the lenses with CLEAN hands (preferably after washing with soap and water), Only wear them as prescribed by ur eye doctor and don't overwear them, NEVER sleep with your lenses on. I wouldn't recommend them as a complete replacement for spectacles (unless medically indicated) but rather as a companion to your spectacles. Use them for their cosmetic advantage. I recommend Bausch and Lomb contact lenses.
